Shipping Guidelines
For your package to reach you promptly and accurately, it's vital that your address is entered correctly and includes all necessary information. Accurate abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, and route details (if applicable) are essential. We cannot assume responsibility for shipments that are lost, misplaced, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided during purchase.
We offer a $5.00 Flat shipping rate on all orders for both domestic and international destinations.
Orders subtotaling $40 or more are eligible for FREE shipping within the US and internationally.
Processing Time
Please note that the time required for order processing is distinct from the time it takes for shipments to reach their destinations after leaving our fulfillment center.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 days of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Once an order has been prepared for shipping, cancellations are not possible. You have a 24-hour window from order placement to initiate a cancellation; otherwise, you'll need to request a return or exchange once the item is delivered.
Shipping Rates & Timeframes
Our standard shipping charge is $5.00, with no minimum purchase requirements. Estimated transit and final delivery times are set at 6-9 days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing tracking information.

We leverage USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers for U.S. domestic and international orders, always opting for the most advantageous option. Alternative carriers may be chosen at our discretion to meet specific shipping needs. Your final shipping cost and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
A $5.00 Flat Standard and Tracked Shipping option is available, offering delivery in 6-9 days for $5.00, regardless of the order amount.
Shipping Fees

Delivery Claims
Should you encounter a non-delivery situation or if your tracking indicates delivery despite you not receiving the package, kindly inform us within 10 days. We'll collaborate with you to engage the carrier. Please note, however, that Little Chain Store cannot accept responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits won't be issued for packages verified as delivered.
Missing Items
In the event of missing items in your package, please email us at Support@littlechainstore.com to confirm if all items were packaged together or if other shipments are en route with the missing items. Should any items be missing, we'll replace them at no charge. You'll receive a new tracking number once these items are dispatched.
Tracking Orders
Upon shipping, an automatic email confirmation is sent to the provided email address, which includes a tracking code and link for monitoring your package. We require an email during checkout and have made this field mandatory.
If you haven't received tracking information 2-3 days after placing your order, please contact us at Support@littlechainstore.com for assistance.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping & Processing
Little Chain Store retains the right to define, limit, refuse, or cancel orders from customers at its discretion. This may encompass factors such as an irregular returns history, potential fraud, or shipping to P.O. Boxes or Mail Forwarding Services. Orders involving custom-made items or exceeding 20 items may require additional processing time.

Cancellations
Orders are promptly forwarded to our distribution center for processing and shipping upon receipt. You have 24 hours from order placement to cancel. Once the distribution center receives the order, modifications are not possible. If you still wish to cancel, you can initiate a return after receiving the item. Once an order is placed, changing the shipping address is restricted for security purposes. No cancellations can be accommodated once an order has shipped.
